I really struggled with decorating our entryway for Christmas this year. I loved last years gallery wall and decor, but as a blogger I felt pressure to be more creative and do something completely different this time around. In the end, I went with my gut and decorated my home the way that I love and want it to be. Let's be honest, if I wasn't blogging I probably wouldn't even think twice about changing my decor from year to year. Staying true to myself and what I love is what's most important. So, instead of going out and buying all new holiday decor I simply rearranged where I put things from last year and only bought a few new pieces.
My entryway gallery wall was my favorite area that I decorated last year and this year is no different!
The reindeer art and felt ball wreath were the only new purchases this year. Luckily, the wreath was a $20 HomeGoods find (you can find a similar one here) and the framed reindeer art was 50% off at Hobby Lobby. Both were too cute to pass up!
A lot of the items were DIY projects including the Dec 25th sign (you can see how I make vintage foam board signs here), felt trees and Mason jar snow globe. The deer even got a little makeover thanks to a can of white spray paint. I bought him last year at Target when all their Christmas decor was 50% off. ****Update! You can find this years complete Christmas home tour here!
