Turning Christmas sacks into holiday wall art is the fastest and easiest way to create beautiful holiday decor for less.
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Have you pulled out the holiday decor and started decorating yet? I've been dealing with a nasty cold, which means holiday decorating is happening pretty slow around here. I did, however, mange to make super easy (and inexpensive) holiday wall art for our mudroom that I wanted to share.
A few weeks ago I went on a little Michael's shopping spree since I had a 20% off everything coupon. Don't you just love those? I mostly bought craft supplies and 50% off holiday decor for my daughters room, but I did pick up a super cute Christmas sack (50% off) and frame (also 50% off) to make holiday art for our mudroom.
(Make sure you stick around to the end of the post, because I'm also giving away a sack to one lucky reader!)

- Christmas Burlap Sack (in store only)
- Scissors
- Pen
This "project" is so easy and self explanatory that it probably doesn't even need instructions, but just incase you want a visual I added step by step pictures.
1. Use the picture that came with your frame as a template
2. Cut out the traced portion of your sack.3. Insert sack into your frame.
4. Hang frame and enjoy!
I love the two tone wood in the frame and the fact that I can swap out the burlap for another picture or simply move the frame to another location in our home.
This technique also works great with tea towels, gifts bags (I used a Dollar Tree gift bag last year in this spot), wall paper, gift wrap, etc. The possibilities are endless!
As a thank you for following along and supporting Little House of Four I'm also offering one lucky reader a chance to win a burlap sack to make their own wall art. Just enter through the rafflecopter below.
Must be 18 years old to enter. Open to U.S residents only. Frame not included.
As always....love!!!
