Have you checked out the summer decor at Walmart? I'm in Walmart almost every other day picking up something the family needs and I almost always take a detour to check out their outdoor and summer decor. I have to say, I've been blown away by their great selection of plants, pots, patio decor and entertaining accessories.

You know I like to keep my decorating affordable, hunt for deals and save where I can. I have no problem splurging on something that I really want, but being thrifty in most areas of decorating allows me to splurge every now and then. Walmart is definitely one of those places that helps me stay on budget and save on plants and decor.

What would summer decorating be without plants and pretty pottery? I love that Walmart has these cute little premade succulent gardens in terra cotta pots. It takes all the guesswork out of selecting, grouping and planting.

Walmart also sells the most affordable ferns in my area. They tend to sell out quickly, but I was able to snag a few just after they restocked.

I put two on my front porch every year and miraculously I even manage to keep them alive.

If you're in need of new patio chairs, Walmart has some really good ones this year! These black and white Parisian bistro chairs are perfect for indoor or outdoor use and look great with almost any decor style.

I also love these black metal chairs that come in a pack of four! They're a fantastic price, stackable and perfect for having around for extra seating.

They also have the BHG black and white umbrella back in stock that I bought the other year for our deck. It's so affordable (less than $50!) that I just bought another one to have as a backup.

My Walmart had an entire aisle and huge selection of pots and planters. Of course, all the concrete and white pots immediately caught my eye.

They also have a TON of galvanized entertaining accessories that are perfect for outdoor summer parties!

You know how much I love hobnail (you can see how I made my own Dollar Tree Hobnail vases HERE) and these cute little hobnail canisters are perfect for brightening up a kitchen for summer.
