Bright white walls and dark accents come together to create a beautiful neutral modern farmhouse dining room!
Guess who finally caulked, sanded, and painted the dining room? Yup, this girl!
I've lacked some serious motivation lately, but a kick in the pants gave me the drive to get things done and focus on my goals. I'm now more motivated than ever, so I busted out my caulk gun and paintbrush and finally finished the dining room. It now has the perfect neutral modern farmhouse vibe that flows with the rest of the house.
I had all intentions of simply repainting the room Sherwin-Williams Accessible Beige, but I was never 100% happy with how the color looked in the dining room. The natural light gave the paint a pink hue and had to go.
What else had to go?
A few months ago, I updated the dining room and brought in four amazing mid-century modern chairs. I absolutely LOVE the chairs, but again, they just didn't feel right for the space.
I'm also thinking of changing the light, but that's a story for another day.
The dining room is now bright white (Sherwin-Williams Super Paint Satin) and flows seamlessly with the kitchen.
It's amazing how much of a difference a fresh coat of bright white paint and chairs made to the dining room. It's now bright, neutral and has the perfect modern farmhouse vibe.
